Mike and Joelyn, but no Cornell

There's no Co-Co like Mococo, like no Co-Co we know

Coco is watery and yucky! Mococo is comfy and warm

You can always see your neighbor, cuz you are living right in a dorm

There's no parties like co-parties- the best parties around

Dinner and music and lotsa games, neighbors never call to give us pains.

We live in a mansions and our egos aren't lame-

Though Monterey has fame
